Rent an Affordable Apartment in Evansville
In Evansville, there is a shortage of 3,000 affordable housing units. Families paying more than 30% of their income for housing are cost burdened and are likely to struggle to pay other expenses such as transportation, medical, food or clothing. Quality, affordable housing stabilizes families and is an economic benefit to the community.

We offer 1, 2, 3 & 4 BR. Rents range from $425-$975 based upon unit size, eligibility, and compliance.
